This guy was horrible. Get a different doctor. I was very sick, had lost over 50 lbs, was anemic, could hardly eat, was very bloated, and would belch every morning for over an hour until I threw up nasty yellow foamy puke. He gave me a colonoscopy (I assume just to get paid by my insurance) and at the followup said the only reason I could be belching was if I swallowed air. I said then that is still a problem because it makes me throw up. He said there was nothing else he could do. I saw a different gastroenterologist who immediately gave me an endoscopy and diagnosed me with eosinophilic esophagitis and gastritis and gave me medicine 2 months ago, I have felt a little better every week, have gained back over 10 lbs, am no longer anemic, haven't thrown up, and can finally go back to work. You may be risking your life seeing this guy. See someone else.
