I arrived 15 minutes early on October 30 for my 1:45 appointment and waited in my vehicle until almost 1:45. I was told my appointment was at 1:30! No, the card THEY gave me on my last visit plainly shows my appointment was at 1:30. I got in but, their admin needs to improve.
