It will be extremely hard to put into words the amazing experience that I had with Dr. Kay and his staff. From the day that I had my consultation all the way through my most recent follow up appointment, they have been welcoming, knowledgeable, flexible, kind and caring – just to name a few adjectives! The moment that I had the consultation with Dr. Kay, I knew that I wanted him to perform the surgery based on his methods of before and after care. Leading up to the surgery, Susan and Dr. Kay provided me with all the necessary information so that I was able to be at ease with the process. On the day of the surgery, Susan and Dr. Kay ensured that I was at ease and prepared for the procedure. Afterwards, Susan called each day until my post-op appointment. She continued to follow up in the weeks following to be sure that if I needed anything, they were available. Nancy at the front, always made scheduling my follow up appointments a breeze and was extremely flexible if I need to change the date or time of an appointment. I would recommend Dr. Kay to anyone that is looking for a holistic approach to plastic surgery. I think that his approach to plastic surgery is why I have had zero complications and such a wonderful result. Thank you Dr. Kay, Susan and Nancy!

Dr. Kay had come highly recommended for his facelifts from my friends. Dr. Kay was rated as one of the Best Plastic Surgeons in Washington DC for the most natural face and neck lifts. It has been 4 months since my facelift and fat grafts with Dr. Kay and I look amazing! I love my new defined jawline and the smooth contour of my neck. Dr. Kay put fat grafts in my face. Wow, everyone says that I look young, refreshed and best of all I look like me, just younger. My neck lift looks like it was 20 years ago. Dr. Kay is a true artist in performing facelifts that are natural and I have recommended him to all my friends and family to turn back the clock naturally.
