The appointment staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had no problem with prior visits. But after the treatment on the phone making the appoinment. I called to complain to an office manager and they put me through to SOMEONE after explaining the situation she then said oh, I am not an office manager. More unprofessionalism. If they will lie about something like that forget them I'm definetely going elsewhere.
They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
