They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The building is handicap accessible. Their prices were very fair. The level of care is very high. I have recommended they to my family.
