Very kind, but not very helpful in getting to the bottom of problems. Always says normal, even if numbers on the charts are going up (towards diabetes etc). In other words they don't check past tests. Keep your eye on that. I was getting sicker and sicker and they still said I was normal. I haven't seen Dr. Dickens, tho, it was the PA's that I've seen.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
