The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
My problem is difficulty to access professional area because handicapped individuals still have to climb stairs to access. Parking is on the street so one has to be concerned about that the city snow removal crews have accomplished the day of your appointment.

Dr. Larson has been the primary care physician for myself and my family for the past 10 years or so. Myself and my wife have come to rely on her availability and genuine concern for even the smallest of ailments. As the parents of two young boys ages 4 and 6 Dr. Larson has been on the receiving end of numerous nervous parent inquiries and continues to do so with understanding and good humor. I find her small practice welcoming, clean, and efficiently managed. Dr. Larson has been an instrumental figure in the development of my children and has even managed to somehow assuage their fears of “ going to the doctor “. Thanks Doc!

This doctor is a granola yuppy to put it nicely and her office staff are very snobbish. She does not listen to you when you tell her what is wrong. She even "makes up" symptoms that you don't have so she can tell you that her diagnosis is right. When you tell her that isn't your symptom she just says "yeah". Seriously POOR quality of care. She also doesn't do a differential diagnosis, where she comes up with a list of possible causes for an issue to investigate the true cause. She is narrow minded even when you tell her a family member has the same exact issue as you and what their doctor told them she still doesn't "care" to investigate it. SERIOUSLY! Also, she uses a reusable white cloth hand towel after she washes her hands EVERYTIME. Anyone in medicine knows this is a no no. Green or not, damp hand towels harbor germs, especially in a DOCTOR's OFFICE! It may be fine to use at home where only your family and friends visit. BUT THIS IS A MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT! Anywho. Save yourself the time, headache hassle. If you DO decide to go to her, please do some research on your issue.. else she will certainly take you for a ride.
