They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Dr. Moy in Vernon Hills is fabulous. Very gentle. Takes his time. Great for kids and adults. Never a full waiting room (on purpose) so he can spend enough time with each patient. My child had a small cavity and Dr. Moy used a very gentle drill that I couldn't even hear. My husband has all kinds of issues and Dr. Moy handled him with respect and honesty. We are so glad we gave him a try and he will be our family dentist as long as he will have us!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They did a fantastic job. Dr. Moy was very kind and thorough. He cleaned off glue from an old retainer that other dentists had skipped over for years! He also examined my x-rays so carefully he used a magnifying glass to check a filling that looked questionable. When questioning whether to investigate further and replace the filling, he left it up to me to decide - not pushy or over-bearing at all. The receptionists were also very friendly and kind. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Beware of this dentist. Try asking for your xrays. They don't have it!!!! THey don't even look at it. Please don't be scammed by them!!! They charge for xrays they don't develop. Also I was told I had two cavities. I checked with two other dentist. They said I don't have cavity. THey looked very hard and can't find it. Dr. Moy is drilling holes in your teeth to make $$.
