I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
