They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
