Excellent doctor... doc's like him are hard to find these days. He truly cares for his patients. A really rare find in the medical community these days.

the best ever is DR.BRENT CAMPANELLA. he came from the best VANCE G BYERS.
, who retired. and told me i want to meet some one. who will be taking care of you , DR..BRENT CAMPANELLA.,I said oh lord doctor its no body like you .my eyes begin to fill with tears. he said he is..I been see this doctor since i were 32 yrs. old, guess what i am 67 yrs old now. still seeing him..he has good bed side manner,and very very patient..and i am so glad that DR..BYERS and GOD,put you in my life.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

The staff rocks and Dr. Campanella is always flexible! A++
