They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

The equipment really needs to be updated. I was scared that something might break during my appointment. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is very friendly and professional. i was 5 months pregnant with my first child. during one of my visits dr.ratliff had a student with him observing. i was told i had vaginal herpes, he put me on meds, i called later to see what my test results were...THE STAFF TOLD ME IT WAS NEGATIVE!!!! I DID NOT HAVE HERPES!!!and also i had to lay in the hospital for almost 2 days in pain!!! no meds helped!!!then finally he came in and said i had to have a emergency c-section!!! and after my son was born he had a cut on his head!!!!i DO NOT recomend this dr!!!!!
