I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
The front desk receptionist was rude, not friendly and not helpful in any manner. I felt like she had problems with power over the patients. I love the physician, PA's and the staff. The only problem is with the front desk which is a major issue as it is your first experience when you walk in the office.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The front desk blonde headed lady with glasses needs to be fired for yelling out personal information for others to hear. She acts as if she owns the place and is guarding Fort Know gold. Fire her! Others are nice; some newer nurses or lab techs not sure what they are need a course in professionalism: please do not get excited that you got to learn something new at my expense in (poor ) health. Tacky! I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
