Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

They seemed to know enough

No, my decisions were always respected
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
