My son and I went to Dr Gaffney years ago when my son was little. She is a good doctor but I found her abrasive. She called my son fat-yes he was overweight at the time. He no longer is. I understand not sugar coating a situation but I thought that was flat rude. I left the practice after that-looking back there were other situations she just did not seem professional to me. I hope she is more friendly these days.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The Nursing staff are very friendly the front desk there is one that is GREAT, the others didn't go out of their way to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have been with Dr. Gaffney for 27 years.....GREAT DOCTOR

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
