The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I felt the staff could have been more friendly. I didn't get the warm welcome that I usually expect. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
