My experience was excellent!!!! I was seen on Saturday night at about 9p.m.. Out of all the "24 hr" dentists advertised on the web, these guys were the only ones who were actually there and taking patients. I was terrified when I first came in. When I went back, I saw Dr. Pye. This maaaan is amaaaaazing!!! He put me at ease, got me out of PAIN, and had my tooth out in no time! I didnt even know it was gone. Like I said, these guys are great! I would recommend them to anyone!

first... they are not an "emergency dentist", they really are just an after hours dental service. i went in with an actual emergency and they had no idea how to treat it and argued with me about my concern about having an infection... which i did, so severe in fact that when i went to an oral surgeon the next day, they placed a drain in the side of my neck to drain it... and they don't take dental insurance?!

I usually go to a dentist by my house but since it was Easter and I could not get ahold of my dentist or any other one near me I was happy to see Dr. Pittman. I had a horrible toothache and she was the only office we could find open. When we arrived I filled out paperwork as usual but the paperwork was asking who I bank with and what my account number is. Obviously I did not fill in any of the information that was not needed since they did not take insurance and I had to pay up front out of pocket. As soon as the assistant called me back before going into the room she ran my credit card for $98.00 for 1 xray. she then walked me back into the room where she took the xray. When Dr. Pittman came in she looked as if she were ready to go out clubbing! Very short dress and 5-6 inch heels. She began asking me numerous questions that did not pertain to why I was there. I explained to her how terrified I was of the dentist and asked if my husband could sit back there with me for support. She said no. She did not have laughing gas and did not sedate her patients. I also explained that I am very hard to numb and she would need to give me double what she normally does to get me numb. She told me if she couldn't numb me then she would refer me to someone else..... WHO ELSE WAS OPEN ON EASTER????? When she looked into my mouth she stated that all of my back teeth were in bad shape and accused me of being bulimic!!!!!! I AM NOT NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN BULIMIC! I was pissed, but I was in so much pain I didn't care what she said as long as she pulled the tooth so the pain would stop. As soon as I agreed to pulling the tooth the assistant took my credit card and ran it for $252.00 and brought me the receipt to sign while I was sitting in the chair!!! She numbed me but not enough. I had to have her numb me 12 more times while she was working on me! She used the drill to cut the tooth in half and in the process cut a 1 inch laceration on the inside of my cheek!!!!!! She also tried to talk me into pulling the tooth next to it. I don't think so!!!!! Her bed side manor, technique, and personality were horrible!!! I will never go see her again. I saw her at Emergency Dental Care Office in Tucker, GA.
