Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
