I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
