They don't answer the phones. They don't respond to messages left. Trying to get old records, and now I remember why I changed from Dr. Harmon to another doctor

I would recommend Dr. Harmon to anyone looking for a good doctor. She always takes time with you and answers all your questions. When you can't get in to see her you can usually get in to see Stephanie Robinson who I would recommend to anyone as well. I hope I never have to change doctors. They are the best!

I have had Karen for a doctor for years now.
Her team is amazing! Because of her, im slowly winning over my personal issues that have plagued me for years.
I trust her with my life.
She is very patient and loving in her care. And i would recommend anyone to her.
Thank you Karen for all you and Stephanie and the nurses have done for me over the years. Thank you for helping me win at life. :')

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
