I was treated nicely but got terrible results. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They do a good job of never overbooking appointments. They didn't get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. After my appointment, My bite is ruined and my teeth are moving outward. Hygenist OK. Dentist is to be avoided, especially for crowns.

This place is terrible. They overbook appointments and frequently have hour+ waits, cancel at the last minute, yet charge extraordinary fees if YOU have to cancel at the last minute (and hang up on you/ignore you if you call to complain about this ridiculous behavior). They do unnecessary work and you will not see the same dentist twice. STAY AWAY! It's owned by a shady parent company based in Florida that owns a string of half-arsed dental practices, but it is almost impossible to contact the parent company with problems.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

Did not completly undestand my bill as I still have some question.

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. always a billing issue with this group.Cynthia in billing is very rude and combative.I had a lot of work done at this office when Dr Lalani was the dentist there.He was the best dentist i have ever been to.Since he left i have not seen the same dentist twice nor has the service been the same.If you are looking for a caring and honest dental group look elsewhere.
