They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

This person should not be performing ultrasounds. He was rude and condescending and I even questioned his competency. He certainly did not act professionally. He told me it was my fault he couldn't tell the baby's gender because I didn't wait until 20 weeks (I was 19 weeks and 3 days). When I told him I've heard of people finding out the sex much earlier he said -- and I quote -- "that's B.S." I was shocked that he would talk to me like that. Also, when I asked a question about determing gender, he said, "I've been doing this for 20 years." I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt... maybe he was having a bad day. But all I know is that you only get to experience your first ultrasound with your first baby one time and I felt like he completely ruined the experience for me. I left feeling disappointed, upset, and like I had been belittled. That's not how you would expect a medical professional to make you feel.
