I don't have a problem with the dental services, just with the accounting services. I paid my bill using care credit. My insurance agreed to pay $396.87. Advanced dental (Malana) told me that they would receive the check from the insurance company and turn around and send me a check from them reimbursing me the $396.87 within two weeks. They received the check on November 30th and today is January 3rd and I still haven't been reimbursed, yet I am accruing interest on the care credit account. Michelle doesn't know who does their accounting and Malana is never there to answer why I don't have a check yet. I am thoroughly disappointed with this situation. I want the money due me. Also, procedures are performed without explanation of the costs you will incur afterwards. This is not right. The consumer has a right to know the cost up front. Especially when like us we live on a very small income.

Dr. Hoffman and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Following a thorough exam, all possible procedures are fully explained and a quote is given as to the costs involved. My best experience ever with a Dentist!

Dr. Hoffman and his staff made sure every single question I had was answered. His staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and punctual. We routinely see Mike for our every 6-month cleaning and he's the best certified professional we've been to -- Dr. Hoffman has carefully selected and hired an excellent staff. The office was easy enough to find -- just take Constitution east of Tamiami Trail and then look to the right for his office. Even though his services may not be the cheapest around, I believe his professionalism, his up-to-date skill, and his integrity are rare finds today. Happily, his office accepts most insurance and a few dental discount plans. Highly recommended.
