There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

One thing that's been so annoying about Kimberly Heimer, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
