The oral surgeon was great. For my first time to see an oral surgeon, it was a good experience. If I need oral surgery in the future, I will definitely go to Dr. Greskovich. Also, the assistant who help me get settled in was great. Did not have any communication with the surgical assistant.

As for customer service given by the front office staff, it needs improvement. They took care of business, but were not friendly. They don't smile or use a personal approach. One lady, hung up on me. She did not ask was there anything else she could for me or reflect on what was discussed and requested. I felt as, if I were bothering her. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
