Dr. Stites was my dentist for several years when I lived in Naples. When I first saw him, I told him that I alternated between a general dentist and a periodontist. He said there were no good periodontists in town. My mouth would bleed profusely during cleaning. I didn't know enough to know that this was a sign of periodontal disease but he should have. He pulled a tooth that didn't need to be pulled. These are only a couple of examples of things that should not have happened.

I found Dr. Stites office for my toddler when I was looking for an alternative to mainstream dentistry after a horrible experience combined with my new knowledge of remineralizing teeth. Although they don't typically treat toddlers they agreed to see what they could do. We drove an hour and a half to the office and are thankful everyday since that we did. Both my husband and myself were beyond impressed with the level of care and compassion that they gave our child. We've had 5 appointments overall and every time we leave with more respect than what we came in with. I have never felt so much trust for a doctor or his/her staff, nor have I ever met two greater professionals. I would recommend them to any in need of the best dentist and assistant.

Absolutely Not

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

If you are looking for TRUE PERSONAL dental care, look no further.
I will spare you my horror stories over the years with dentistry, but this incredibly compasionate Doc took me under his wing and made me a believer. There are actually dentists and doctors out there that truly care about your well being and have information that not many others share (root canals are unneccesary as an example, do the research people).
Pay attention, listen, be an active partner in your well being and caregivers like Dr. Stites have the potential to literally transform your life.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

My fear of dentists has vanished with the superb service of Dr. Stites and his fantastic staff. Their professional service along with their wonderful personalities make for a comfortable and cheerful appointment. The quality of Dr. Stites' dentistry is by far the best I have ever experienced. You will definitely leave his office with a bigger and brighter smile!

We couldn't be happier we found Dr. Stites and his fabulous staff. The dynamic at their office is one big family and you're part of it. The prices are very reasonable and the service is the best—every step of the way. Truly, my teeth have never felt cleaner. Dr. Stites and his team always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic along with a fantastic experience. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I was excited to find Dr. Mark a holistic dentist. He took me right at my appointed time and took the time to listen and take care of my needs. I did not want any root canals and he listened to me. I heard he was expensive, I didn't feel that way. They gave me an exceptional service and I paid for it. I am honored to have him as my dentist.
