If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude receptionist, unprofessional, we had the worst experience. Whatever you do, do not go there. They take your money and charge the insurance for service not rendered. HORRIBLE!!!

Julie who works at the front desk is the rudest person I ever met. Husband had a set of dentures made..due to his health we had to cancel both appointments which made her very mad. When I went to make another appointment she said it would cost 20.00 each time. Reported this to my insurance who said I'm entitled to get a free liner for the dentures. Would never recommend this dump to anyone. Looking now for a new dentist with a friendly staff

***HMO PLAN HOLDERS BEWARE*** They are charging you full price, but will tell you this is what you have to pay after the insurance pays their portion. I verified this w/ 2 different people to be certain and it was all a lie. Julie sat with me to explain the my findings and how much it would cost. She said clear as day this is your amount after the insurance pays. I asked for a copy of this paper that list the prices. I scheduled another appointment a week later, but then decided to wait after going home & looking in my dental booklet that list the prices I would have to pay. None of those prices were listed so I was concerned. I called back and rescheduled for 4 weeks later. I wanted to see if the claim would be submitted or if I would receive my EOB from my insurance company. Apparently, they billed me full price and said this is how much it is after the insurance pays their portion.
Before I went to the next appointment I called my insurance company to see if a claim had been filed. And it had NOT. When I went in I asked her if she submitted the claim yet. Julie's response was " Wellllll, you have an HMO & it doesn't pay the DOCTOR anything". I said "What does that have to do with me and you submitting my claim. This is why I pay for insurance. So you charged me full price after I inquired twice about the amount?" She said "You have an HMO and they don't pay". I said "There is certain amount you are suppose to charge me for procedures". She said "I will call them again. I have your file right here". I called her a week or so later and she said she submitted the claim and I may not get anything back, but if I do, the insurance company will reimburse me directly. I said how will that happen? She said when she submitted the claim she did not assign which means they will reimburse me directly. So basically they are ripping off & lying to the people w/ HMO's instead of just saying we do not accept HMO's. I called a few offices prior to theirs & that was their response. To date--- no claim submitted. I just logged into my account and there is nothing there. FRAUD

Don't go there! Don't be fooled by their low prices like I was because eventually it ends up costing you more considering the damage they will cause and the mental anger they will put you through. Very unprofessional to say the least!
