Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I definitely don't trust them to have my child's best interest at heart. I feel like their top priority is just making money. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. After years of service Dr. Flint and her staff will not hesitate to absolutely destroy the relationship/trust built through the years to squeeze as much money as possible out of you. Early on she is a great physician, but as you come closer to reaching her deadline age of treatment her and her staff will not hesitate to end your relationship as unprofessional as possible.

Definitely. They ridiculed me when I asked for additional details

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Yes, they need to move to a quieter location

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important.
