The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.
