This provider and her staff have zero communication between each other. The midwife has no bedside manner, does not listen to the concerns or questions of patients, and is very arrogant. This office does not document their patient's care and have almost killed them by running their practice in this manner. The wait time is unbelievable! They apparently have issues scheduling patients. The medical assistants/front desk workers are often rude to patients and more often than not, fighting with each other in front of patients. There has also been a lot of inappropriate conversation at the front desk that patients and their children can hear. The children's waiting area once had toys and things to keep them busy, but now it is a room that is filthy and empty, save for a broken tv and a child's table and two chairs. I do not recommend this practice to even my worst enemies. All the providers need to be reviewed by the license board.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

The most incompetent staff of nurses I have ever experienced. Dr. Gingrich is right there with them. I wouldn't stop and take a piss at this place.

Most of the time when I called they answered right away and answered any questions I had then and there. They were always attentive and friendly. I hated taking my kids to my OB visits, but when I had no choice they always included the kids and were very nice to them as well. Delivery was a breeze, and I couldn't ask for better care and professionalism.
