Dr max and his staff is great too bad the billing folks are likened to shady used car salesmen , with the tricky math. I love the dental folks but after this last "billing and appointment error" I will find another dentist and advocate that Tricare take them off their provider list.
They are not BBB recommended and know I know why ...patient since 2012

I had a toothache and didn't have a primary dentist in the area yet. Dentaland gave me an appointment the same day and everyone was pretty nice, tried their best to make me feel comfortable. My biggest issue, with this location at least, is there are no private rooms, just open stalls all right next to each other. There is no patient privacy, I could clearly hear the conversations going on with the other people being seen. For this reason alone, I don't think I'll keep them as my regular dentist.

The worse place for customer service. My calls were never returned. The wait is too long. The staff changes constantly. 4 month wait for a cleaning. They can't seem to hold on too long to anyone. Some dentist are good, so are not, you never know who you are going to get. Extremely unprofessional staff. Don't waste your time. They do not care about patients, only making money

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They do everything at separate visits instead of combining the services into one. It's impossible to get a cleaning appoinent! The girl that schedules appointments is rude! The exam was horrible!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. The office manager was very rude and unprofessional, they dont like to give the correct pricing. I think they have something to hide. If you ask for the corp office they will give you an email address, not going back the doctors were find but the staff very unfriendly. Especially office manager name Be
