Not only do my appointments never got canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I did not feel that all of my questions were answered. Also,I felt my appt. was very hurried because I was not told the correct Saltzer Group address when making the appointment., this caused me to be late.This was a 1st visit. Staff needs to tell 1st time patients which "Saltzer* Medical bldg to go to. I was late for my appt. because I went to the wrong bldg.
