My husband was scheduled for a test there today. After taking off work, rescheduling a meeting and going without his meds for the 48 hr prep, he was told when he showed up for the test that they could not "accommodate him today". I would not recommend anyone going to this office! Now we will have to start over with another doctor. Why do doctor's think they can get away with this?!!

Dr. Sanjay Bhansali has not given me a diagnosis after three visits in one month. I've taken two audiograms and one ABR. After these tests resulted in "inconsistent thresholds", the doctor referred me for a psych profile. I should have checked the reviews before seeing him. Apparently, I'm not the only patient he's tried to convince that it's all in your head. I trusted Dr. Bhansali to find out what the cause of my hearing loss was and to give me a prognosis, not to be treated for a mental illness that I do not have. I asked him if the psych profile came back normal if he'd be able to treat me. He only repeated that I needed to get the profile done. He would not even fill out my FMLA application. I had to leave it with the audiologist. Truly disrespectful.

Dr. Bhansali is an exceptional doctor and caring person. He was my son's doctor from 2007-2011. We thank him and his staff for all the care & services they provided for my son's surgery and care.
There was lots of available parking at their office The waiting room here is spacious. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. This place is so fantastic about involving patients in their treatment method. They were curious about any input I had and took everything I had to say to heart. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed.
