I've been taking my 4 m/o daughter to Dr. Odusina since she was born. My 9 y/o son was also seen by her when he was an infant. She seems to be a knowledgeable physician and I never had any problems with her while my son was her patient, hence the reason I began taking my daughter to her as well. The waiting room is nicely decorated and clean, which is a good thing since you will spend a lot of time there. I've never been there for less than 1 hour and usually it's closer to 2. This is unacceptable, especially when you have a small infant, not to mention a sick child. I always make sure I arrive well before the appointment time, but this does not seem to make a difference as my child is never seen at the scheduled time. The front office staff is nice enough, but seem to not know much regarding insurance claims or co-pays. At all 3 of my daughter's well baby visits I was given the same paperwork to fill out, with redundant information required on some of the pages. My contact info/insurance info does not change monthly so I'm not certain why I was told the office requires updated information at every visit. Because of this inefficiency and the long wait times, I'll be searching for a new pediatrician.
