Had a great experience after going to have a crown replaced and Doctor Aaron made the visit a pleasure. If you need a knowledgeable group of dentists this is the place to go.

This dentist office was horrible. I waited in the waiting room for an hour. Then the owner walks in with his buddies to get work done while I waited longer. The owner didn't care that he had patients waiting first. Then I finally got into the chair to get X-rays and I let them know that I had to get back to work. Then the office manager started screaming at the assistant to do my Xrays NOW! And because of the owner I still had to wait. (They actually did me a favor because as I sat there watching I was able to see how they don't really store things properly. When your in the chair getting work done you actually don't see those things.) Then when I was waiting to see how much everything was going to cost me I waited another 30 minutes. I finally got fed up and walked out. As I was walking out the office manager was just sitting up front talking to another patient as if she had nothing to do. I was there for 2 1/2 hours just to get xrays. No consideration of anyone else's time. In my mind if they are that chaotic and not considerate then how clean is the tools and they probably cut corners. Do not go to this dentist!

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Definitely! They barely cleaned my teeth at all
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
They seemed to know enough

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. I could tell that they took pride in the office's appearance. I had a fantastic experience. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and offered me coffee. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am very satisfied with this as my office.

Boy, you had to drag me to the dentist, but I really needed help. My friend told me I would like Dr. Hernandez, what an understatement. She was fabulous and I would go back there willingly for all my dental needs. The staff was great too. Thanks guys, you made me a believer in good dental care. Mr. Bill

i took my son here to get a second opinion. dr. larysa smith did the work- a temporary crown and cavity immediately. only thing is we are still waiting to get the permanent crown (going into 4th wk) and no one from the office ever called us back after that first visit- I've always had to call and they say they will call when the permanent crown comes in (orig. told it would be 2 wks... next call receptionist said sometimes it's 3 wks... next call the person said she'd ck into it next wk and call me back w. info). the location is close to me and it was no waiting, so it's convenient... only a little personal annoyance i had w. the waiting room was they put on a movie or some type of serial show and the actresses and actors made good use of the F_ _ K word which I have never experienced in a professional's waiting room (I am in my early 50's).... the receptionist is in her early 20's I think- I guess times are really changing a lot from when I grew up , I imagine I have to get used to it. (it used to be g-rated shows only as children might be there but the rules must've changed!.... I guess there are no "rules" anymore, sad to say.
