are the values and goals of the Central Florida Dental Group.
Doctors Carlos R. and Isis Ortiz and their staff provide the finest possible dental services to their patients. Their dental practice operates in a highly proficient manner. Simply stated, my teeth needed work. Doctor Ortiz and his staff explained what the issues were and offered recommendations for treatment. A deep cleaning; six caps; a root canal and a crown followed.
Yes, I spent several hours in their dental chairs. Their work was outstanding. There was no pain nor significant discomfort. My teeth are once again very functional – clean – white and attractive. My wife is very pleased and says my smile is again beautiful.
I observed how the staff prepares for each patient prior to that patient’s arrival. They help each other care for the patient. They explain what they are going to do before they do it – answer any questions or concerns you may have. The dental work proceeds with the finest possible care. They show compassion to all who visit and make you feel like welcomed family. I am highly impressed by this dental practice. They represent the highest standards of dental excellence. Highly recommend.

Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I waited forever for my appointment!

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
