I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
