She seemed nice when first meeting her, so I had really high hopes… I went to her specifically for addiction management. I explained my history and that I had recently entered recovery. I was also completely honest about any and all relapses and she seemed understanding at the time and said that as long as I was honest that it was okay. I actually felt like she looked at me like an individual, and not just a drug addict. I am clearly making steps to improve my life, including moving and going back for my masters degree to become an art teacher and working…. which is a DRASTIC change from where I was a couple months back. She knew all of this. Then I get a letter in the mail, after the one single visit, saying they would no longer see me because I came up positive for drug on the drug test… (which as earlier mentioned, I had told her about and she said it was okay since I was honest) To kick someone in early recovery out of your establishment after ONE visit is absolutely ridiculous. I have never heard of any doctor who works with addicts do such a thing. Of course, if a patient repeatedly fails tests, then they will be kicked out and that is totally understandable. Obviously, she has NO training in addiction and I dont even know how/why she is certified to prescribe subutex or suboxone. Personally, I was extremely upset when I opened the letter she sent and honestly cried quite a bit. As an addict, you tend to develop very low self esteem, and a lot of people give up on you…. and then when I finally, truly make an effort to change my life, yet another person turns their back on me and gives up on me in the blink of an eye. I called her to try to beg for another chance to prove I was dedicated… to take another drug test… anything and she refused to listen.. I began to cry (again) just because I dont know what I am going to do now… I thought I found stability and now I have to start over… and she just kept saying the same crap over and over about my drug test and accusing me of yelling (which I wasnt. I was just crying and trying to explain and beg for another chance to show her I'm serious.) She refused to hear me out. In my mind, you should become a doctor to help people, not hurt them. Back to point A. Basically, SHE is the liar, and she should not be allowed to work with addicts, period. No freaking idea how she got certified and not even the slightest clue why you would turn away an addict like me who has been completely honest and is making obvious and huge steps to change their lives. She said one thing at the appt and did another. Don't trust her. I thought I could, and thats what made it hurt even more.

This doctor removed a fish hook from my grandson's ear and charged over $300, coded it as surgery. No excisions or stitches were performed. I wrote several letters to the doctor and they refused to look at them.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The one thing that bothers me is I owe them 100$ that my insurance didn't pay, for some unknown reason, and the book keeping(?) staff refuses to let me make an appt, even though I've been going to this office for years.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
