They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and they really worked with me deciding the most cost effective procedures.

I should have known when you go to a ghetto Dentist in Danbury that he would have help that has no idea how to file an insurance claim. Not only does his help not know what they are doing, but he over charges and that is why I had trouble with my insurance. I went in Oct 09 and they didn't even follow up with me about the claim until May 10! His equipment is old and out of date. RIP OFF
