Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they didn't even have any magazines to read

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
