They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. My Dentist was Dr. Ragner whom I found to be very pleasant and competent. Dr. Ragner worked quickly and efficiently to ready my tooth for a crown. The assistant was nice and very efficient and polite. Overall a good dental experience.

I love my dentist! Dr. Pruett is VERY professional, educated, and EASY TO TALK TO. His office is beautiful, clean and very easy to find. In addition to fillings, I had cosmetic work done, the in house teeth whitening and crowns placed. I have yet to have ANY complications and I receive compliments on my smile all the time. I also go for my regular cleanings and the hygienists are very friendly, polite, and GENTLE. I have never had a long wait time, especially compared to previous offices. I am also a true believer in "you get what you paid for"...From personal experience, if you want discounted services, that's exactly what you will get.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
