My consultation for surgery felt rushed and cold. No human emotion or concern. Im going to be cut and pried open and I get no comforting support from the surgeon or appointment setter (what a crabby snob). No warm and fuzzy feeling that's for sure! Overall, most of staff is warm and friendly except for this one Latin nurse who seems to have a stick up her butt (major attitude problem and never smiles). Having second thoughts about my surgery. Not a good feeling at all, when you and your Dr./surgeon do not click. Where's the kindness and compassion?!

every visit is super short, I feel it is so impersonal, have a hard time getting in contact with them I always get a answering service, had a hard time getting my leave for work handled, and prescribed me Zofran which causes birth defects!, so dissatisfied

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!

Dr. Cooper is wonderful, but her staff seriously lacks common sense! On more than one occasion I have called her office requesting a prescription refill and her office staff NEVER CALLS IT IN!!! Once again I wait all day to pick up at my pharmacy only to find that the prescription was never called in. When calling the after hours hotline, they still refuse to call it in even though it was their mistake! I was told it would be called in today and I am still waiting! Maybe I'll just show up at their office tomorrow morning to watch them call it in so I can assure it gets done! What a nightmare!!!
