Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I have never been more dis-appointed in Watson Clinic/ Dr. Hutto's actions as I was last week. I tried to make my daughter an appointment with Dr. Hutto since Dr. Eanett was out. I was asked what was wrong and I shared that with the nurse and was told she does need to me seen. I asked if we could come in the following day and was told the would have to ask Dr. Hutto if they could book the appointment since normally you would have to call in the mornings to get an appointment for that day. I explained I was off work the following day and my daughter was out of school, but if I have to get up and start calling in the morning so be it. Finally, I was told that Hutto would only see my daughter the afternoon I was calling or the following week and even if I called the next morning she would NOT see her. I turned around and called Lakeside Peds which scheduled her with no problem and even sent my daughter for xrays that day as well as other tests. I love Dr. Eanett, and the other doctors at Watson South might be fine, but I would never recommend Dr. Hutto based on my experience. Who is to say next time she refuses to see a patient that it is not your child.
