I want to start by saying my rating is being generious. I went in to have a few extraction done so that braces could be placed. At the time the oral sergeon was aware of that. He had some trouble removing one of the molars. At no time during the procedure did he inform me that he was having to remove the bone to get the tooth out. I was not informed that happened until my follow up a week later. due to inflamation and infection from the extraction i was not able to have the lower braces placed. At the follow up appointment the doc was unaware that I had come in before the scheduled follow up due to extreme pain. Was my chart even looked at? At that time he informed me that with the bone missing and he was not sure if the orthodontist was going to be able to close the gap from the missing tooth. He wasnt sure if the bone would grow back. His recommentation to me was. "if it was my mouth I would get a bridge." Which I think is highly unproffesional. As a patient I would expect to be notified of a change in a procedure. But instead the solution would cost more money for me. At the end of the follow up appointment he was unaware that the top braces were already placed. If a thorough exam of the extractions was done that should have be noticed. One more thing to add when i asked for sedation he explained I would have to reschedule the appointment do to obligations after work. Due to this experience I will never have treatment at your office again. Nor would i recommend you to anyone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Neil Norton has gone above and beyond to take good care of me. He is the ONLY dentist I have had in Colorado & the Only dentist I would want!

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I've used comfort dental for years - very afforadable with or without insurance. Spend more money if your looking for warmth and compassion.
