Dr. Morales is one of the best, nicest, kindest, and well educated doctors I have ever had or known and I am 87 years old.
I would not trade him for the world.
He never fails me or my needs.
He is perfect.

Dr Morales is an excellent primary care doctor and I have referred may of my family members and friends to him. He has helped me over the years and got me to see some of the top specialist in the area when necessary. He takes his time and listens. His staff is very good and the office is well clean and bright

Their staff was friendly but not to the point that they offered any help,i observed that the staff did not seem to realize if someone if the waiting area seemed confused or lost.
the doctor is very personable and asks and answers questions. He seems to prefer to send people to a specialist instead of keeping you in the office for all medical concerns.
the biggest issue i have had is that they are not always open when they are supposed to be hours are 8am to 4:30 with a lunch from 11:30 to 1pm which ONLY is like 6 1/2 hours daily that they work, and yet i have called multiple times through the years when they are apparently closed during those times, and have not changed the outgoing message to show that they are schedualed closed for the day for some reason.
the inconsistent hours that they answer the phones, and the limited time they are available is my biggest grief. you will need to go to the urgent care for minor things if you can't wait. this is a problem as most people work and will need to take off work either without pay, or using up vacation time (most only get 1 week) in order to go see this MD.
they do not accommodate any late hours, which is costly and inconvenient. In the times they have been told about this imposition (which it is if you have problems that need to be followed on a regular basis for well checks, meds etc, they look at you with a blank stare as if you are being unreasonable or just don't seem to get it. and they respond with go to the er or urgent care.
not everything needs to be dealt with at those places,( for example if you get sick enough on Saturday and it turns out to be bronchitis or something that's can be treated with medicine but is not yet severe enough that you are going to go into pneumonia), plus you still need to follow up with your own doctor, so you have paid for 2 office calls, one of them using up either a vacation day, or going without pay, because this doctor's office will only work 6 1/2 hours daily and no weekends.
they bill for missed appointments, the office manager is very into cost effectiveness which is commendable, but do not seem concerned that they have caused you financial issues, or problems with your boss because you need to leave for appointments on a quarterly appointment schedule.
I was told that if the er or urgent care and timing was an issue, i could probably find a doctor that had hours to suite me!!!!
