They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Kostamo has answered questions for me that neither my Allergist or Dermatologist were able to answer. He's extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions and make sure you understand. Excellent physician.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

They were average

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Dr. Kostomo is an excellent Primary Care physician. He is highly intelligent. He spends as much time as needed and answers all your questions thoroughly and patiently. He thoroughly reviews your lab results with you. When my insurance changed a few years ago, I had to change doctors. I switched to him on the recommendation of a friend, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone seeking a Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Kostomo and his P.A., Meredith always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and fit me into their busy schedule if necessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster, though I never had ti wait a long time.
Dr. Kostomo and Meredith are one of a kind!
