They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

I took my 4-year-old daughter to see Dr. Hughes for a check-up. My daughter was nervous and had lots of questions, but Dr. Hughes ignored her. She barely talked to me, either. So I guess my daughter's development is normal and healthy, but it would be nice to have it confirmed. At one point, Dr. Hughes yanked down my daughter's underwear without even a word of warning, which scared her so badly she nearly cried. I wouldn't let any doctor treat me this way, let alone my little girl. We won't be back.
