I love Dr Valdes and his staff, the Dr is very knowledgeable and he is genuinely concern about all his pt's. But to get to see him is not easy. I have been coming to this office for years and he needs a better office manager or system on how to manage appt's. The wait in the waiting room and once you get in the room is toooo much even with an appt. But Dr Valdes is the reason I keeping going back.

The wait for when you have an appointment is 2 hours in the waiting room and then around 45 to an hour in a room for the doctor. If you don't have an appointment because your child is sick the wait is over 3 or 4 hours before you get a room to wait another hour! They over book every single day! Who ever is managing this office has no clue how to run a successful doctor's office! I was told after waiting 3 hours that there were several appointments a head of me and that they might not be able to see my son. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

Horrible service, this guy could be the best doctor in town but his staff is the most inept I've seen in my life, they overbook appointments, they are rude and don't seem to care much about kids. My wife took our little girl and left after 4 hours without being attended to, and no this isn't the first time this had happen. Julito should have some business sense and hire a more professional staff, customer service is as important to us parents! I'm sure we can find a doctor as good as he is in Tampa Bay!

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Kind of. They were able to answer a couple but not all

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
