I gave them one star because 0 is not an option. My family have been patients of Dr. Rosequist since we were in high school, and sadly their grouchy, unprofessional, patient-dodging, unethical, and downright rude office manager has finally run us off for good. It took me THREE weeks to get her to call me back and when I finally got to speak with her to explain THEIR error of giving me an incorrect business card for a Specialist they referred me to, she told me it was MY fault for not checking that the information (business card) THEY gave me was incorrect. Sorry, but when my Doctor's office gives me a referral and business card to a Specialist, I reach out to that Specialist using the information THEY GIVE ME to schedule my appointment. I trust that they give me accurate information, and now I'm the one to blame for their error? OMG!. The doctor they referred me to was NOT even a specialist, he was another general practice doctor and even he asked me why I was there to see him when I clearly needed a specialist! I was briefly examined and given a referral by that doctor. Of course they billed my insurance for this visit and when I took that bill to Dr Rosequist's Office manager (again, THREE weeks before I actually got her to call me back), she said she would NOT pay my bill and outright refused to take responsibility for their error. I'm glad that $57 was worth losing three 30+ year patients and tarnishing Dr. Rosequist's name in our community. The absolute WORST customer service ever!

Wish I could've selected zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I must say I had a shocking experience with Dr. Rosequist. I called his office at 8am on Fri morning as I realized I was out of my blood pressure medicine. The lady I spoke with said they didn't have my information on file (I've been going there for years), but then told me she would have a 30 day prescription called in for me. Surprise - that never got done. The front office has been a challenge to deal with from day 1. So I called the answering service at 6pm Friday night who called Dr. Rosequist. He called me back going off about how it was Friday night, how I must have been dealing with another office (not true), and then told me to find another doctor and hung up on me. I would ask yourself - is this the kind of family dr. I want?

Feb 28 2017. What a wonderful experience, I really need it to see a Doctor right away, set an appointment for Thursday, mention to the staff I need to see doctor sooner if that was possible, and they said will see what they could do. I got a call back within ½ hour they had a cancelation, chance my appointment for today. No waiting, took me right in, got all my vital saw Dr. Rosequist , very professional, he listen, got me the right medication and took the time to answer all my question

Excellent doctor. I have been seeing him since shortly after he started Family Care with Dr. Stanley Watkins. He has great patient care skills and I feel extreemly confident with his care.

Dr. Rosequist is the best doctor. I have seen him for years and he seems to be the only one who can get me better. He has a great assistant as well who is Beth Ann. When I go to family care I will only see them and would only recommend them.
However, their answering staff is rude, doesn't answer the phone, and if he is booked will tell you to go to the walk in which Rosquist says never to go to.

In seven years of visiting this practice I believe I may have only met the doctor once. I am only guessing that he has no idea how poorly run this establishment is. The staff can be quite rude and seem very uncaring about their patients and their well-being.

Consistently I get asked to book a follow up appointment for four months down the road upon completing an exam, and then get told that their system is not capable of booking out that far? Huh?? I would have guessed that with's today's software and other little tools such as calendars this wouldn't be a concern.

They very rarely answer the phone during the day and I honestly believe I can count up to at least 6 or 8 phone messages that have been left, and never once returned.

When they contact me to follow up on test results, they refuse to give me any information over the phone but instead insist on making a follow up appointment. I have returned on occasion only to hear that my results were good. Sounds like a great money-making scheme to me.

My wife recently advised that she may have the need to look for another provider due to their lack of service. They simply responded by closing her file and telling her that she was no longer welcome back. Must be nice to have so much business coming in your door that you can afford to turn it away. As a result, they have now lost all five family members as we will be going elsewhere in the future.
