Waited two hours before I was seen with no apology for running late. I been there twice and both time waited over two hours. The second time I was scheduled with the wrong doctor. They are very unorganized!!! The doctor sees you for less than five minutes. They do not really answer your question they go around them. I will NEVER return nor will I refer anyone to this place.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The staff tells you one thing, then they go ahead and do something different. They are totally unorganized and the wait times are outrageous! NEVER go to this office!

This office's wait time is absolutely ABSURD!!!!!! I can understand waiting 30 minutes over the appointment time, but I was still sitting in the waiting room over TWO HOURS after my appointment time. There is a sign on the wall that tells the patients not to even ask the wait time because they won't give you an estimated time; this should have been the first indicator for me to walk out! I don't care how "good" the doctors are, if they dont have an adequate scheduling system, I will NEVER return nor will I refer anyone to this place.

Wait time was horrendous every time. 2 or more hours on every visit. They have everyone show up at 9 or 9:15 and we all had the same appt times, then by 11:30 waiting room empties out. Serous scheduling issues and not worth my time. Doctor himselft was fine, but show some respect for other people's time please! they even lost one of my appts and did not believe me until I pulled out their reminder card to show them.
